Do you charge a Pet Cleaning Fee?
Yes, we do. Extra cleaning is required to ensure the space is allergy-friendly and free of pet hair or odors.
My guest wants to check in early. Is that acceptable?
Early check-in is possible if the space is ready. Check-in usually begins between 3–4 PM to allow time for cleaning. Please note that early check-in is not available on days with same-day guest turnover, as we need the full window to prepare the space properly.
Can my guest check out late?
Late check-out may be possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. If available, an additional fee will apply. We can still clean the space after a late check-out, but this requires adjusting our schedule accordingly.Do you provide linens and towels?
No, we do not provide linens and towels. Hosts are responsible for supplying and laundering their own.
What if my guest made a mess or left the place excessively dirty?
If the property is left excessively dirty, a deep clean or additional add-on fees may be required depending on the situation. We’ll assess the condition and notify you promptly.
Can you restock supplies like toilet paper, soap, coffee, etc?
Yes, we can restock guest essentials, but you will need to provide the supplies. Please make sure they’re available on-site and clearly labeled for restocking.
Do you offer same-day turnovers?
Yes, we do. However, we need at least a 4-hour window between checkout and check-in to ensure quality cleaning.
Can you notify me when the cleaning is complete?
Absolutely. We can send you a text or email update once the property is ready for the next guest.
What happens if my guest damages something?
We’ll document it with photos and notify you right away so you can file a claim with Airbnb or your insurance provider.
My guest left an item behind and wants it shipped to them. Can you handle that?
Yes, we can return left-behind items upon request. A fee will be charged to cover shipping costs and the time required to package and send the item.
Does the cleaner need parking access?
Yes, accessible parking must be available for the cleaner to arrive and unload supplies. If no parking is available and we incur extra time or costs to find parking, a fee will be added to cover the inconvenience and delay.
What happens if the washer or dryer isn’t working at the time of the clean?
If the on-site appliances needed to wash linens or towels are not functioning at the time of the clean, we may need to take items off-site or adjust our cleaning process. A fee will be added to cover the extra time, transportation, and laundry costs.
Do you charge extra for hazardous situations like vomit, blood, or bedbugs?
Yes, we charge a hazard fee for biohazards or infestations, as they require special cleaning and extra time.
